This Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) governs how we, SiberMate and/or our relevant affiliates (the “SiberMate Group” or “we/us”), collect and process your data in connection with our Services (as defined below). We are strongly committed to the protection of your Personal Data (as defined below). We are responsible for upholding data governance principles with the highest level of integrity, making the security of your Personal Data our top priority.
This Notice applies to all users of the Services who access them through websites, mobile applications, and any other platforms managed by us (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), including any parties that cooperate with us, unless otherwise governed by a separate privacy notice.
We develop various services designed to support your work in areas including, but not limited to, Cybersecurity, and potentially other fields in the future. Our services include, without limitation, the SiberMate platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agreed to, and are bound by the terms set out in this Notice. Accordingly, we encourage you to read this Notice carefully to ensure that you understand how we handle your Personal Data.
Definition
“Personal Data” means data relating to an identified or identifiable individual, whether identified separately or in combination with other information, either directly or indirectly.
“Information” means any description, statement, idea, or sign that contains value, meaning, and messages, including data, facts, and explanations, which can be seen, heard, or read, and is presented in various forms and formats in accordance with developments in information and communication technology, whether in electronic or non-electronic form.
“Applicable Laws” means all laws, statutes, regulations, regulatory policies, ordinances, approvals, permits, or requirements issued by any court, administrative body, authority, or supervisory body, as amended or in effect from time to time.
SCOPE AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
The following outlines the scope and types of Personal Data relating to you that we process in connection with your use of the Services (as applicable, depending on the context or circumstances of collection and the nature of the Services used or transactions conducted):

Identity Data, including but not limited to your name, gender, address, place and date of birth, selfie data, and other similar information;

Contact Data, including but not limited to email address, telephone number, and other similar details;

Payment or Financial Data, including but not limited to bank account details, financial information, and other related data;

Usage and Activity Data, including but not limited to search terms you use, views of and interactions with content, input activities and transaction processes, individuals who communicate with you or share content with you, and activities on Third-Party websites and applications (as defined below) that use our Services;

Location Data. We collect information about your location when you use our Services. Your location may be determined with varying levels of accuracy using GPS, IP address, sensor data from your device, and information about items near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cellular towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices. For example, you may enable or disable location settings on an Android device through the device’s settings application. We use various technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, local storage (such as web browser storage or application data caches), databases, and server logs.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may collect your Personal Data through several means, including:

Through the Platform, browsers, and devices that you use.
The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information (including carrier name and telephone number), and application version numbers. We also collect information about your interactions with our Services through applications, browsers, and devices, including IP addresses, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referring URL of your requests.
We collect this information when Services on your device connect to our servers—for example, when you install an application from the Play Store or when a service check is performed for automatic updates. If you use an Android device with our Services installed, your device will periodically connect to our servers to provide information about your device and its connection to our Services. This information may include details such as your device type, carrier name, crash reports, and applications installed on your device.
If you are not logged in to a Services account, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers associated with the browser, application, or device you are using. If you are logged in, we also collect and store information associated with your Services account, which we consider to be Personal Data.
If you provide us with Personal Data relating to other individuals (such as the Personal Data of your spouse, family members, or any other parties), you represent that you have obtained the consent of such individuals and hereby consent on their behalf to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their Personal Data by us.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may use the Personal Data we collect from you for the following purposes, or for any other purposes permitted under Applicable Laws (the “Purposes”):

provide assistance or resolve complaints related to operational issues occurring within the Services;

This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, criminal activities, or misuse of our Services, as well as technical issues that may harm us, our users, or the public, and ensuring the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks;

for other purposes as notified to you and/or as required under Applicable Laws, in which case we will obtain your consent where required.
We use various technologies to process your Personal Data for the purposes described above. This includes automated systems that analyze your content to provide features such as customized search results or other functionalities tailored to how you use our Services. We also analyze your content to help detect misuse, such as spam, malware, and illegal content.
We may combine information collected through our Services across your devices for the purposes described above. Depending on your account settings, your activities on other websites and applications may be associated with your Personal Data in order to enhance our Services.
Your Personal Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the Purposes and/or for a minimum of five (5) years, whichever is longer.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
We will not disclose, grant access to, share, and/or disseminate your Personal Data without your consent, except as otherwise provided in this Notice. We will only disclose your Personal Data to third parties if (i) you have given your consent, or (ii) such disclosure is permitted or required under Applicable Laws, or (iii) instructed by a competent governmental authority, or (iv) pursuant to a court order (as applicable).
Other than as stipulated in this Notice, we may disclose, grant access to, and/or share your Personal Data if we have obtained your consent for the relevant disclosure. Where you provide us with consent to disclose your Personal Data to a third party, you authorize us to disclose and transfer such data to the selected third party and release us from any consequences arising from the processing of your Personal Data by such third party. We recommend that you review and understand the privacy notice applicable to each third party to whom you have consented to provide your Personal Data.
We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to any party.
YOUR RIGHTS
In relation to the processing of your Personal Data through our Platform, you have the right to:

update and/or correct any errors and/or inaccuracies in your Personal Data recorded on the Platform;

withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data on the Platform;

request the deletion and/or destruction of your Personal Data,
by providing us with written notice sent to privacy@sibermate.com.
With respect to your request to withdraw consent, you understand and acknowledge that once such request is submitted to us, you may no longer be able to use the Services. Withdrawal of your consent may result in the termination of your account or your contractual relationship with us, and all resulting rights and obligations must be fully fulfilled.
Upon receiving your notice to withdraw consent for the processing of your Personal Data, we will inform you of the potential consequences of such withdrawal so that you may decide whether you wish to proceed with withdrawing your consent.
USE OF COOKIES
Cookies are text files placed on your computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to help provide you with a more convenient experience when using our Products.
Cookies record data such as information you save on the Platform. For example, if you create an account on the Platform, cookies help us remember information specific to your subsequent visits. When you return to the Platform, the information you previously provided will be retrieved, making it easier for you if cookies are enabled.
In addition, third parties may analyze data on our behalf, such as Google Analytics. These parties may collect non-personally identifiable information about your online activities when you use our Services or access the Platform.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
To protect your Personal Data, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures aligned with internationally recognized information security standards and best practices, including frameworks comparable to ISO/IEC 27001 and other applicable data protection and cybersecurity regulations. These measures are designed to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Data.
We continuously strive to enhance the security of your Personal Data by adopting up-to-date technologies, security controls, and processes, as well as by complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where we operate. The protection of your Personal Data is a priority for us, and we apply high security standards to ensure ongoing improvement in our data protection practices.
While we make every reasonable effort to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security or accuracy of data transmitted over the internet, as no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for ensuring the security of the devices you use to access our Services.

We may review and update this Notice from time to time at our sole discretion. If any changes are made to this Notice, we will notify you by publishing a notice on the Platform and/or our website, or by sending a notification to the email address registered on our Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Notice periodically in order to stay informed of the latest terms and information regarding how your Personal Data is protected and processed through our Platform.
