Background

Dexa Group, a leading pharmaceutical company, recognizes that rapid organizational growth must be supported by strong cyber resilience. In 2025, Dexa Group partnered with SiberMate to transform their security awareness program from a localized effort into a comprehensive, enterprise-wide initiative.

The Challenge

Scaling Security Awareness

Previously, Dexa Group’s security awareness program only covered a small group of 35 users. The primary challenge was scaling security education and testing to the entire organization without losing the quality of risk monitoring.

The Solution

Massive Implementation and Continuous Simulation

In partnership with SiberMate, Dexa Group launched an aggressive expansion strategy:

  • Large-Scale User Expansion: Drastically increased the program's reach from 35 to 1,800 active users.
  • High-Intensity Simulations: Deployed 5,720 simulated phishing emails throughout the year to train employees at all levels.
  • New Educational Curriculum: Introduced information security training modules that reached thousands of employees for the first time.

The Impact

Accurate Risk Visibility and Enhanced Resilience

This strategic collaboration yielded significant results in strengthening Dexa Group’s human firewall:

1. Significant Reduction in Phishing Compromise Rate

  • Despite the sharp increase in the number of users, the Overall Compromise Rate was successfully managed. Graphic trends show that the compromise rate, which peaked at approximately 15% in January 2025, was successfully reduced to 7% by December 2025 .

2. Lowering the Phishing Risk Score

  • Dexa Group’s Phishing Risk Score showed consistent improvement, dropping from an initial 63 to 52. This lower score reflects an enhanced ability among employees to detect and avoid phishing threats.

3. Establishing a Baseline for a Learning Culture

  • The program successfully established a new standard for security competence. The Average Score for training jumped from 0% to 68.2%. This marks a successful transition toward a more security-conscious organization.

Conclusion

The Value of SiberMate

For Dexa Group, SiberMate provided the capability to scale human security quickly and effectively. By managing thousands of users simultaneously, SiberMate helped Dexa Group gain real risk visibility and build a measurable culture of vigilance across all business units.
